• Please ensure your mattress and/or ensemble base(s) are outside by 6am on the day of collection. We collect from your street kerbside, vergeside or nature strip. This is a kerb/vergeside collection, our drivers do not enter customer’s premises.
  • Occasionally delays occur and we are unable to collect your mattress as scheduled. You will be notified and your collection will be rescheduled.
  • Collections occur between 6:00am-4:30pm. If you need to reschedule your collection, please contact us asap to make alternative arrangements.
  • If raining, please still put your mattress out for collection.  We will collect your mattress if wet.

  • If you cancel your booking before 2pm the day before your scheduled collection, we will issue you a full refund.
  • If you cancel after 2pm the day before your scheduled collection, you will be charged a $20.00 booking fee, and refunded the balance.
  • If your mattress is not available for collection on the scheduled date (i.e. you forget to put your mattress out), a $20.00 fee will apply, therefore you will be refunded the balance.
